I am running Windows XP, Internet Explorer 8, Outlook Express 6.These messages appears when I try to Create A New Message.Any help would be appreciated.Cliff2 people need an answerI do too

Hi,This is the exact problem that I am having and reboot did not solve the problem. I really have no idea what to do and would appreciate any help that you could provide (step-by-step I would be extremely grateful for!). THanks!

Thanks ... I wasn't really sure what I was doing or what this even was ... just looking for some help. :)Microsoft Office is installed on my computer, but not recently. I don't think Outlook is there. I've never used it and don't see it in the programs list.Thank you for any help you can offer!
